I am a counselor who is uniquely qualified to guide you through the healing process.

Since getting my counseling degree, I have completed all three levels of training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy which utilizes an affirmative approach in working with people who hold difficult emotions like sadness, shame, guilt, anger, anxiety, and fear. I see behavior as a strategy with good intention, just not necessarily a good outcome. I will safely guide you in getting to know, and heal, the various factors that lead to your distress. Included in this process is accessing your inner core of knowing, which brings you a sense of wholeness and a feeling of connection. I offer a compassionate and accepting space in which you can feel supported and safe while we work together to help you on your path to wellness.
